"Much smaller store than previous stores that I have been to in SoCal, that being said they still organized and carry a very large stock of items for the size. Great customer service and I would say they have an adequate selection of products given the demographic of the area and mostly commuter style riding that is done. I would recommend this store to friends and family."

"I needed some boots for my daughter, wanted to be able to try them on to avoid having to do exchanges by mail. The previous Cycle Gear I shopped at in Austin was always in disarray- not necessarily a bad thing, since the stores are small and they almost always seemed to have what I needed, but it was always a roll of the dice with boots whether you'd be able to find the box with the size you were looking for.
Anyway the guys who work there were busy helping a couple get bluetooth helmets set up but checked if I needed anything. I don't mind since I prefer to hunt for stuff myself, and it kind of makes me happy shopping at a place where I can see that the staff know something and are happy to set it up for people, makes for a nice atmosphere, you know?
Fortunately we found the size we needed, the price was fine.
My only complaints are that I found a 20$ discount coupon I'd forgotten that I stuffed into my desk after I got home, so now I have to go back and blow it on something else. Also, it would be nice to be able to check store stock online since its kind of a haul to the store for me, but not a huge deal."
